We can accept payment by T/T, a 30% deposit when the order is confirmed, 70% balance paid before shipment. Other payment terms can be negotiated.
1. The paper rope machine and manual gluing machine can be shipped within 7 working days of receipt of the final payment.
2. For other machines, we will arrange the best delivery date for you according to the actual production schedule. It mostly takes 15-30 working days.

Samples or small products are usually shipped by express mail. The machine is wrapped in PE film and packaged into a plywood box. We usually make the shipment from Shenzhen Ports, China.
All machines have a 12-month warranty.
Regarding machine installation, later use, accessories loss, and other problems, you can contact us by phone or email, we will solve the problem for you as soon as we receive the information.
